Martins signature Clarence White D-28. This magnificent acoustic guitar is based on the pre-war Herringbone D28 played by the incomparable Clarence White of the Kentucky Colonels and later the Byrds. Clarence made the soundhole modification with his flatpick and later a knife. Tony Rice now owns and plays the original D-28 upon which is the basis of this model.
